Hello Mr.and Mrs. Bailey,

I really appreciate you taking the time to help me with my problem. As a self employed individual I understand all the hours put into a business that aren't "accounted" for. I really wasn't expecting a company to put any effort into helping me since the service call fee wouldn't apply since I removed the blower motor myself. I try to deal locally in my business and your willingness to help me really put you a step ahead of many people. I do not run across many HVAC problems in my work, but my theory is every single dollar counts when you own a business. I did have a job with HVAC involved come across about 3 weeks ago, before I had dealt with you guys. I will definately recommend you guys should I run across another job requiring HVAC. Again, thanks for taking the time to help someone who is capable of doing the work himself, that isn't the norm in the business. By the way, my company is Mauldin Construction. We do remodeling, renovations, repair, small electrical, small plumbing, new construction, painting, windows, tile work, vinyl siding, and pretty much ANYTHING else so please keep us in mind as well. John F Mullis Fantastic Service and the Technicians are well versed in a variety of different brands too. I had an Air Conditioning issue a few months back and they were fantastic at trouble shooting the issue. What we thought was the likely problem was something not so obvious. That said, I was impressed with their ability to identify the true problem as opposed to just throwing some Freon at the issue. I would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling issues.

I had them come out to my house because my heat pump wasn't working correctly. From the get go everyone SS Services was amazing. I felt so comfortable with them coming into my house and they did a amazing job. We had to purchase a new outside unit and they explained and went over all my options... Even all my crazy questions!!lol!

 
My overall experience was amazing!!! I will never use anybody else! I highly recommend this company if you want honest, dependable, and just a company who treats you like family!
